It seems like no time at all since last years Black Friday and now it is nearly upon us again with Black Friday falling on the 25th November this year. I did quite well out of the sales last year, securing a lot of the things on my family's Christmas lists (and more) at knock down prices so I want to be well prepared again this year.
I came across a really great list of Black Friday and Cyber Monday Top Tips on YouTube which was made by My Voucher Code and is definitely worth checking out.
One of the things that this video mentions is to make a list of things you want and stick to it which is a great idea for someone like me, who gets easily tempted by the Amazon Black Friday deals and is definitely guilty of buying random items in the past just because they were on sale. It also gives good advice about signing up to deal alerts, following stores social media accounts and looking out for voucher codes and pre-release sales information and listings like the Mothercare one.
Other preparation for the sales includes making sure your payment details and addresses are up to date in your online accounts and bookmarking the sites you plan on shopping with to speed up the process on the day. Remember there will be lots of people after Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals so doing a little pre-prep can give you an advantage. Good luck, hope everyone gets the deals they want!
