The Day That Review & Giveaway... A Beautiful Way to Remember

The Day That is such a unique, personal and beautiful way to remember a special moment, day or person - I love it. The idea is you choose a special date, be that a wedding, birth or something else significant that you would like to remember. You then select from a choice of photos taken at dawn that morning and have it produced in a variety of different ways including Acrylic, Canvas, Framed Photographs or as a Digital Download.

Selecting a Day

I was lucky enough to be given the chance to review The Day That and choose a framed picture. It was hard selecting what day we wanted to capture as there are so many special ones to pick from. It didn't feel fair choosing between Ben or the twins birthdays and as we got married in Gibraltar, a photo taken in the UK didn't make sense either so instead we opted for another very special  date, the day my husband and I got together.

Ordering Process

The photos date back to 2005 and ordering is easy. Just log on to www.thedaythat.co.uk to view the images from your chosen date. You can select from a digital download option or go for a framed version, adding a personal message that you'd like written on the mount. It's that easy.

The Finished Product

The picture arrived packaged carefully, wrapped in plenty of bubble wrapping to keep it safe.

I love our picture, it takes pride of place in our home. The handwritten message adds such a lovely personal touch and it is mounted and framed beautifully, complementing the picture perfectly.

On the back you will find a Certificate of Authenticity telling you where it was taken and the date.

Looking at this picture has the amazing effect of transporting you back to that special day. They do say a picture speaks a thousand words but I have to admit I found it quite unexpectedly has the ability to evoke emotions and happy memories when I look at it and makes me smile.

Giveaway

The good news is that I have not one but three prizes of one of the new digital downloads that are now available. Entry is easy, use the calendar below and find the date your would like to commemorate.

Then use the Rafflecopter widget underneath to tell us how many photographs were taken on that day. Good luck!
