Have you heard of Groupon, the daily deals website where each day you can get fantastic savings on the best things to do, see, eat, and buy in more than five hundred cities around the world? The great thing about these deals is that they really are deals for quality things that people want.
To avail of the offers a certain number of people need to sign up for the daily deals and then they become available for all, if the minimum is not met, no one gets the deal. I recently came across the Groupon iPhone / iPad app which is makes it really quick and easy to check the deals of the day so you never miss out on the ones you want.

I wish there were more family deals in our area, family meals, family days out (they do have some of those) and family short breaks .... a lot of it is for couples although I guess with a couple meal we could add the kids in by paying seperately.
